JM Spate Web Analytics is a small outfit owned and run by Dr Jess Spate. The business is based in Cardiff, South Wales, although we have clients across the UK and also a few across Europe and the rest of the world. Jess has both a sound theoretical background (including a PhD in Data Mining) and years of experience in eCommerce. We’re equally at home providing cutting edge SEO research and answering complicated web analytics questions, or helping new websites get a foothold in search rankings.
