Baked Samosas W Tomato Chutney

AMT UNIT INGREDIENT DESCRIPTION
2.5 cups Gluten Free Flour Mix
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Ghee/Olive oil
1 cup warm water
Chickpea flour for dusting
4 pcs Potatoes, cubed Half cook Boiled
2 tbsp Ghee/Olive oil
1 pc Onions Minced
0.5 cup Squash cubed
1 tsp ginger grated
0.25 cup Frozen Peas
1 Tbsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
2 Tbsp Lime/Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
4 Large Tomatoes Boiled,Peeled
2 cloves Garlic, crushed Boil with Tomatoes
2 pcs Cardamon Pods, Crushed Boil with Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Ghee/Olive oil
1 Large Red Onions Minced
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
0.25 tsp Nutmeg Powder
1 pc Dried red chili
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
Salt & Pepper
2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
2 Tbsp Honey
STEP PREPARATON
1 Make Dough Set Aside
2 Boil Potatoes until slightly cooked.
3 Make filling. Saute spices and vegetables together
4 Roll out dough and fill with filling Preheat Oven 400 F (Broil setting)
5 Place samosas on baking tray w/ parchment paper Bake for 10-15 mins or until golden brown
6 Boil Tomatoes. Remove Cardamom Pods
7 Blend Tomatoes. Saute w/ spices & simmer
8 Serve Samosas w/ Chutney
