1 cup Quinoa Grain
2 Cups Water Grain
1.5 Cups Pinto Beans Protein
1 Tbsp Olive Oil Protein
2 cloves Garlic, minced Protein
1 small Onions, minced Protein
0.5 tsp Smoked Parika Protein
1 tsp Chili Powder Protein
0.25 tsp Tumeric Protein
Salt & Pepper Protein
1 large Roaste Bell Peppers Sauce
2 Tbsp Olive Oil Sauce
4 Tbsp Lemon/Lime Juice Sauce
1 Tbsp Honey Sauce
2 Tbsp Cilantro Sauce
Salt & Pepper Sauce
1 cup Mixed Greens Veggies
1 large Cucumber Veggies
2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds Garnish
STEP PREPARATON
1 Cook Quinoa Set Aside
2 In a Pan saute beans, onions & garlic w/ spices Set Aside
3 Blend sauce ingredients until smooth.
4 Assemble everyting in a bowl. Top with garnishes
