Spinach Cashew Mac and Cheese

AMT UNIT INGREDIENT DESCRIPTION
2 cups Cashew soaked in hot water Cashew cheese sauce
4 tsp Granulate Garlic Powder Cashew cheese sauce
2 tsp Dijon Mustard Cashew cheese sauce
3 tsp Lemon Juice Cashew cheese sauce
1.5 cup vegetable stock Cashew cheese sauce
Salt & Pepper Cashew cheese sauce
1 cup Nutritional Yeast Cashew cheese sauce
4 cups Macaroni
2 cups Spinach
1 cup Button Mushroom
2 tbsp Olive oil
STEP PREPARATON
1 Soak Raw cashew in hot water for an hour
2 Cook Organic Gluten Free Macaroni
3 Drain Pasta. Set aside. Drain. Set aside
4 In a pan cook mushroom and spinach set aside
5 Blend Cashew cheese sauce in a high speed blender
6 Pour sauce in Pasta Mix
7 Then add sauted mushroom and spinach Mix
8 Sprinkle with paprika and serve
